2. Conversion from CSS for Dos and other software
is available. No Longer Included.

a.) Including: Database, Aging, Invoices, Receipts, Service History
and more.
b.) Customer Aging will be the same after the conversion.
c.) Since we want your data to be as accurate as possible, the
conversion fixes any account that is missing a piece of its
historical information with a conversion entry because of data
loss.
d.) We create the master files during the conversion so you do not
have to do it yourself.
e.) We are willing to write customer programs to assist in merging
data together because of inconsistent user entry.

3. Creating Invoice, Statement & Service Ticket Layouts

a.) Plain Paper or Plain Paper with a Perforated Return.
b.) Pre printed Standard and Custom.
c.) Above layouts are based on either existing forms you provide us

4. Monthly Software Updates

a.) These updates are based on both user ideas/needs that we feel
would benefit the majority of our customers and industry
trends.

a.) Call or get connected on one of our modems during business hours.
b.) Fax or E-mail your questions 24 hours a day.
